If you wish to withdraw to a different account than you used to deposit, contact our support team with identity verification documents; this process may add two to five business days.
We reserve the right to place temporary holds on withdrawals if we detect unusual activity or if additional verification is required by law. We will notify you of any hold and provide instructions on resolving it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of jayahoki is limited to the amount of funds in your jayahoki account at the time the claim arises.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after we post them on jayahoki or notify you by email. Your continued use of jayahoki after the 30-day period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must close your account and request a withdrawal before the effective date.
We will notify you of material changes (such as fee increases or payment method removal) by email and in-app alert. Minor clarifications do not require notice.
