Understanding your jayahoki Result Archive
Every transaction on jayahoki—deposits, withdrawals, live-table bets, slot spins, sports wagers, and settlement payouts—is logged and stored in your Result Archive. This creates a complete transaction history linked to your account. You can review this archive anytime by opening jayahoki and navigating to Account > Transaction History or History, depending on your app version.
The archive displays results in reverse chronological order: most recent first. You can filter by date range, game type (live tables, slots, sports, etc.), or transaction status (settled, pending, failed). Each entry shows the date, time, game or market, your stake, the result (win/loss/draw), and your balance after that transaction.
The jayahoki app makes browsing your archive intuitive. Tap the History menu, select your date range and game type, and the archive displays matching subject to verificationly. You can scroll through hundreds of entries smoothly; the app loads results efficiently even on standard 4G connections in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, and other cities.
Tapping any transaction reveals full details: the exact time (down to seconds), the game rules that applied, your selected numbers or bets, the result, and your account balance before and after. This transparency helps you understand how each win or loss occurred and verify that payouts were correct according to the game's published rules.
What data is stored in your Result Archive
Our Result Archive records the following information for each transaction:
- Date and time: The exact moment your bet was placed or your deposit/withdrawal was processed.
- Game or market name: Which game (blackjack, roulette, Sweet Bonanza, etc.) or market (Liga 1 match, Piala AFF fixture) your bet was on.
- Your stake: How much you wagered or deposited.
- The result: Win, loss, draw, or pending (for live events that have not concluded).
- Payout or settlement amount: If you won, how much was credited. If you lost, the entry shows zero payout.
- Balance after transaction: Your account balance immediately after the bet settled or the payment cleared.
- Payment method (for deposits/withdrawals): Which method you used—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
We do not store your payment card numbers or bank account digits in the archive (for security). We do store the last four digits of your payment method so you can verify which account you used for each deposit or withdrawal.
Searching and filtering your archive
The Result Archive search tool lets you narrow results by several criteria. You can search by date range (a single day, a week, a month, or a custom span). You can filter by game type: all transactions, live tables only, slots only, sports bets only, or payment activity (deposits and withdrawals) only. You can also search by outcome: wins, losses, or pending results.
These filters work in combination. For example, you could search for "all blackjack bets on jayahoki from January 2024 that resulted in losses" and the archive would return only those entries. This is useful if you want to review a specific game's performance over time, or if you are analyzing your betting patterns around a specific holiday period like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when you played more frequently.
Using your archive to track patterns
Many jayahoki users review their Result Archive monthly to understand their gaming habits. You can see which games or markets you spend most time on, which have higher win rates for you personally, and how much you deposit or withdraw during peak seasons (around Liga 1 finals or Piala Indonesia tournaments).
This data is yours to analyze. Some players use it to set personal spending limits or to notice if they are playing more frequently than intended. Others use it simply to satisfy curiosity about their own behaviour over time.
Exporting and downloading your Result Archive
jayahoki allows you to export your Result Archive as a CSV (comma-separated values) or PDF file for offline storage or tax reporting. To export, open your Result Archive, select your desired date range and filters, then tap the Export button. Choose your format (CSV or PDF), and the file downloads to your device.
CSV files open in spreadsheet programs (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) for detailed analysis. PDF files are suitable for printing or sharing with an accountant. Both formats contain the same transaction data: date, time, game, stake, result, payout, balance, and payment method (if applicable).
We recommend exporting your archive annually or whenever you have a significant gaming session you want to document. Keep these files in a secure location on your computer or cloud storage. They serve as your personal proof of transactions should you ever need to reconcile your account or provide records to tax authorities.
Using your archive for account verification
If you contact jayahoki support with a question about a past transaction—for example, "I believe I was owed a payout on this blackjack hand" or "Why did my withdrawal take longer than usual?"—our support team will ask you to provide the specific transaction details from your Result Archive. Having the transaction ID, date, and time helps our team locate the exact record in our system and investigate quickly.
Your Result Archive also serves as verification if there is ever a dispute over a settlement. Live-table results, slot payouts, and sports settlements are all recorded with timestamps and game rules. If you believe a payout was calculated incorrectly, your archive entry provides the evidence needed for our review.
Your Result Archive is your complete financial record on jayahoki. Keep it, review it, and use it to stay informed about your gaming activity.
Data privacy and security in your Result Archive
Your jayahoki Result Archive is encrypted and stored on secure servers. Only you (when logged into your account) and our compliance team (for regulatory audits or dispute resolution) can access your transaction history. We do not share your archive with game providers, payment processors, or third parties without your explicit consent.
Payment details in your archive are partially masked for security. For example, a mobile banking withdrawal shows "local payment **1234" where 1234 are the last four digits of your account identifier. This prevents full account numbers from being exposed if your phone is lost or a screenshot is shared accidentally.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your jayahoki account for additional security. With 2FA active, even if someone learns your password, they cannot log in and view your Result Archive without a second verification code sent to your email or phone.
Result Archive across devices and sessions
Your jayahoki Result Archive syncs across all devices where you are logged into your account. If you play on your phone in Jakarta one day and your tablet in Surabaya the next, both devices display the same unified transaction history. There is no lag; the archive updates in real time as new transactions occur.
If you reinstall the jayahoki app, log out, or switch devices, your Result Archive remains linked to your account. Log back in, and your full history is restored immediately. The archive is never stored locally on your device; it lives in jayahoki's secure backend, ensuring it survives app reinstalls or device upgrades.

Using your archive to manage withdrawals and payments
Your jayahoki Result Archive tracks all deposits and withdrawals. Each payment entry shows the date you initiated the request, the amount, the payment method you chose, and the status (pending, approved, settled, or failed). This helps you understand your cash flow and verify that withdrawals landed in your bank or e-wallet as expected.
If a withdrawal appears in your archive as "settled" but you have not received the funds in your bank account, your archive entry provides the exact timestamp you can share with jayahoki support for investigation. Similarly, if you deposit via online payment or e-wallet and the balance does not appear in your jayahoki account within the expected timeframe, your archive shows the deposit request and its current status, helping support troubleshoot quickly.
Around busy periods like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, banks process payments more slowly. Your Result Archive shows "pending" status if a withdrawal is queued but not yet sent to your bank. Once your bank processes it, the status updates to "settled" in the archive, and the funds appear in your account.
